How We Rate

One number appears on each card, and it is the average of four scores out of five. The same four apply to a coinflip site, a case site and a marketplace alike. Publishing the method is deliberate: it lets you argue with a specific score instead of dismissing the whole page.

Payouts

What can leave, what it costs, what has to happen before it will, and how long ours took. Skins-only exits score below sites that also pay in crypto or cash, and gates cost more than fees do — a wagering requirement, a tier threshold or a minimum deposit blocks money in a way a 2% charge never does.

Fairness and value

What the games take. The published edge or rake where one exists, whether a round can be recomputed after the fact, and what a bonus is genuinely worth once wagering, caps and expiry are deducted. Marketplaces are judged on commission, withdrawal fees and the gap between their price and the market's.

Trust and safety

Ownership, licence status if any, and whether the payout record means anything. Most CS2 sites are unlicensed; that gets stated rather than buried, and what remains is then assessed — operator transparency, dispute history, how trades are protected, and whether the fairness system does what it claims.

Support and experience

Which channels exist, when they are staffed, in what languages, and what comes back when a genuine question is asked. Engineering counts in this column as well — a verifier throwing errors, a trade bot that has stopped responding, a help widget that never finishes loading: each of those is a failure of support no matter how the help centre describes itself.

Before any score is published

Someone registers, funds the account, works through the modes, verifies a round and then cashes out with a timer running. Anything that decides how much money you keep — rake, limits, payment rails, the triggers for KYC, the small print on a bonus — is taken from the operator's own documentation. Each listing then carries the month it was last checked.

What moves a rating

Re-checks happen on a cycle, and immediately whenever something material shifts: a rake increase, a licence change, a new hold, a run of unpaid withdrawals, a fairness page that stops responding. The review states what changed instead of editing a number in silence. Closed sites remain in the archive, because a record of what happened is more useful to a reader than an empty space.

What never moves one

Money. Whether an operator pays generously, poorly or not at all, the same four columns decide its number, and position follows from that number alone. Should that ever stop being the case, this page is where it gets said first.
